Each User is permitted to hold only one account on earnphp. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited. If earnphp detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual (through IP address, device fingerprinting, payment method, or other means), all accounts will be suspended, and any winnings or bonuses will be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify earnphp immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. earnphp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
earnphp accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), and credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. earnphp does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose transaction fees.
You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed. earnphp reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. earnphp reserves the right to request identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, proof of payment method) before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account suspension.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, unless otherwise agreed upon by earnphp. In cases where the original deposit method is no longer available, alternative withdrawal methods may be arranged at earnphp's discretion.
earnphp is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. You agree to comply with all AML verification requests, including providing source of funds documentation if required. earnphp reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
earnphp offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are published on the earnphp website and must be read carefully before claiming any bonus.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be closed, and all funds will be forfeited.

Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated. earnphp does not interfere with game results and does not have the ability to influence outcomes in favor of the house or any player.

In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. earnphp will investigate all reported malfunctions and, if confirmed, will refund affected bets to player accounts. earnphp is not liable for any losses resulting from game malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected bet amount.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the earnphp Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and earnphp. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, for the resolution of any disputes not subject to arbitration.
earnphp reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any funds in your account will be forfeited if the termination is due to a breach of these Terms.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you, subject to verification and compliance with these Terms.
